Responsibility:

-       Guarantees, with support of Engineering team, sound and timely technical support to the sales team and to the customer's questions and requests to ensure customer satisfaction;

-       Guarantees proper project management, using the company  New PD process to achieve OTIF, at quality and cost of first delivery of the product and industrialization ramp up;

-       Guarantees proper set of of specifications and feasibility of the product, fast and accurate quotations;

-       Guarantees appropriate innovation level of company stock items products;

-       Analyze technical problems during the product development and provides solutions;

-       Confirm the mould drawings and manufacturing process based on customer request with project team, follow the pilot run and first mass production;

-       Define the project schedule, communicate with everyone involved;

Scope:

-       This position reports to South China NPD Manager.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education: 

-       Bachelor Degree and above, major in mechanical design.

Experience:

-       5+ years’ experience in product design in cosmetic packaging industry;

Knowledge/Skills Required:      

-       Ability to evolve in an international/intercultural environment;

-       Rich knowledge of cosmetics packaging products, plastic decoration;

-       Skilled in injection molds development and project risk analysis;

-       Good communication skill;

-       English speaking skill is plus;
